Alternative of Dispute Resolution

There are No Laws or rules governing Mediation in the U.A.E and Mediation is usually a strictly private Business regulated by agreement between the Parties. The DIFC ( Dubai International Financial Court) has promulgated mediation Rules, which may be resorted to by parties wishing to settle their dispute such means instead of litigation in courts. The contracting parties are Free to agree on the procedure of Mediation and also to appoint a Mediator.
