This is a process used for notifying the respondent(s). It is used when the court’s clerk is unable to reach the notified party on his given address as a result the court orders the party of the dispute to guide the clerk on the address. Accordingly, the concerned party shall attend in front of the summoning department at Dubai courts and accompany the court’s clerk to the address
