Mr. Jihad El Haddad has extensive experience in this field and have participated in many UAE and international arbitrations, as arbitrators, counsels, co-counsels and experts. He works closely with the DIFC courts, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Abu Dhabi Conciliation and Commercial Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Jihad El Haddad can participate in arbitration proceedings in both Arabic and English, including the drafting of expert reports in both languages.
